Michael Cheape is a local acoustic guitarist and singer who was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He grew up on the North Shore of Oahu in Waialua where he cultivated his love for the ocean, sports and music.

In a state with such amazing musical texture as Hawaii, The Piranha Bros. Band enjoys the distinction of being the only REAL rock & roll band that lives here. Heck, somebody's gotta do it!
